<![CDATA[关于美国大学的Minor是否属于EE的“Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees”]]>我目前在一所美国大学就读Computer Science，minor Electrical and Computer Engineering。考虑到美国移民政策过于垃圾，目前在调查加拿大的移民方案。我的问题是，根据Express Entry的Skilled Worker的打分表，如果我的minor能够算为“Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees,”则我能获得大量加分。请问美国大学的minor能算作一个额外的"certificate, diploma or degree"吗？

如果是double major， 一般不算。
