<![CDATA[紧急：PGWP 拒签 理由不成立？]]>我的学签2021年8月过期。2021年1月25日收到UBC的letter of completion，26号申请的pgwp。2月11号被拒，理由是我必须满足以下一个条件
"Within 180 days of the date of applying for the post-graduation work permit, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
They hold a valid study permit.
They held a study permit.
They were authorized to study in Canada without the requirement to obtain a study permit under paragraphs 188(1)(a) and (b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations"

我写了letter of reconsideration 然后给我的答复是用同样的理由拒绝。但是我的学签并没有过期啊？也是在90天内申请的。这是怎么回事？我应该采取什么行动？

最好先打个电话，看下签证官notes，具体的拒签理由

我学签证有效期到今年八月，所以没有过期。成绩是1月底出的。
