会不会因为通过portal提交 被发现已经在境内而撤销申请？还是回国提交文件比较保险，回国提交的话只给了3个月期限，不知道来不来的及？
不好意思， 是webform 提交，不是portal, 说如果现在在境内的话，landed virtually，那是不是说明在境内提交资料没关系
人在加拿大境内就是可以通过portal landing流程登陆的
