请问close工签到期后，PR如果还没下来，已经拿到联邦的FN，省提名信也已经过期，这样的状况有资格申请桥梁工签吗？可以在请审办公室发提名信并在Employment restrictions改成No吗？原本的提名信上是YES.
如果不行，是否还要再请雇主再付一次申请费$230，然后跟省办公室在要一份省提名信跟工签支持信之后在网上申请close工签？谢谢。
这个改不了，NO就只能申请封闭工签
