<![CDATA[超级签证背调]]>去年12月初为父母递交超级签证申请（自己在IRCC Portal填表传资料递交的申请），为了想加快申请进度，递交前让爸妈先做了体检。

12月底收到信息去打指纹。

1月中旬显示medical exam passed。

之后就再也没有消息，系统显示正在review eligibility 和 background check。

请问有没有人遇到类似情况的，我现在又能做什么？

请问，申请调档的话需要先收到拒签信吗？因为目前的状态还是review eligibility 和 background check，并没有收到IRCC的任何信件。请问这种情况下申请调档的流程是什么样
