不好意思，问题有点多 目前提交了ee under cec 然后是unemployed的状态

1.问I Am applying for one or more of the following下面
应该选apply for the first time or with new employer还是apply with the same employer呀？
2.place of birth（city or town）
应该按护照上的写省份还是写具体城市呢？
3.之前在美国上过学
在加拿大读书期间又去美国旅游过5天
在写previous country of residence时
除了读书期间 还要写第二段visitor（5天）的经历吗？
4.what type of work permit are you applying for ？
应该选open work permit吗？
5.因为目前失业，所以问prospective employment的问题都可以不写吗？比如公司名字，公司地址，title，duration什么的
6.have you previously applied to enter or remain in canada？
是选yes 然后在下面说明申请过学签，工签之类的吗？

老师好，我想问下Master材料的问题
1.immigration information中，问了have you submit or beem includeed in an application for pr ？ 我已经收到了ee的ita但是还没有提交材料，应该选yes还是no呀？问了选了yes后问了file no，没有找到file no在哪里，所以目前选了no
2.education中 date degree granted 应该写毕业证的毕业日期吗？（10月份）还是学校网站上的8.31号呢？
3.最后提交材料环节，护照copy提供所以mark页，还是只包含Canadian visa以及Canadian visa上的stamp呢？
