  一般预科课程 不算在硕士program里的话，很多跟ESL一个性质。 如果认为有supportive的证据，可以考虑reconsider，重新申请，或者上诉

  @OR 会被纳入考虑，但是实际影响只能case by case 的讨论。 绝大多数申请只需要结婚证，但是签证官有权利要求关系证明材料。
