请问美国东北大学温哥华分校毕业后能拿到工签吗？

关于这一点，学校官网是这么说的：
All degree programs offered by Northeastern University Toronto and Vancouver campus are eligible for PGWPs

You aren't eligible for PGWP if you completed a study program at a non-Canadian institution located in Canada.
