SINP里Employment Offer类别也需要中位数工资要求？

另外一个问题是：持有SINP里的International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer，EOI被捞后拿到后开始正式申请SINP，假如中间跟雇主告吹了，是不是在省提名阶段5周和联邦阶段19个月一定会被拒掉？谢谢
