今天在Permant residents portal 上申请renewal 枫叶卡，上传了所有要求的资料，完成declaration电子签名后，发现submit your application的按钮是灰的，无法递交。试了几次，都不行。是网上系统问题还是我哪里遗漏了？ 有没有遇到一样问题的？
