WES 学历认证在 2020 年做的并且邮寄副本给 IRCC，中间 EE profile 即将过期了，一周前我重新提交的 EE profile（withdraw 了之前的）。不知道 IRCC 那边是否还需要重新快递 WES 的学历认证？
wes只需要申请填写信息，不需要邮寄任何材料
