版主你好，我在原本工签过期之前提交了新的开放工签的申请。但是四个多月一直没有消息，有点担心要是拒了是不是就不能合法在加拿大居住了？现在我原本工签已过期,收到了maintained status信。不知道在这种情况下，我可不可以申请旅游签以防止开放工签被拒，立马失去合法身份？
可以在审理的maintained status 期间递交第二个申请并等待结果
