EE申请需要的中文文件找了认证翻译，翻译提供了电子版的文件，pdf包括了翻译件和原件，翻译件原件都加了认证翻译的章。是否提供这个文件就可以？不需要再附加没盖过翻译章的原件pdf了吧？
盖章的也是certified true copy，不放心或者不好判断就加。
