老师您好，本人目前渥太华大学硕士在读，准备今年12月毕业。但去年九月到今年一月居住在渥太华河对岸的魁北克省，暑假五月开始到八月都会在国内。因硕士省提名需在安省住满一年，请问去年九月到今年一月这段时间可否计算在内？因为每天都要过河来安省渥太华大学上课。如果可以算数的话需要什么材料？谢谢！
只能计算居住在安省的时间。 但是特殊情况，比如每天都来安省，就只能case by case的去解释了，提供尽可能充分的材料，但是还是要看officer的态度
