请问枫叶卡找不到了，而且过期了还没续。请问这种情况要续枫叶卡还是申请replace。有旧的枫叶卡扫描件，如果直接续卡，通过后万一通知去取卡，没有旧卡可以让我取新卡吗？
即使按照renew最好也说明一下丢失的情况、提供宣誓等等，避免要求取卡时候提供旧卡。
