Personal History 的问题

你好, Personal History 最后一个问题:
Have you listed all of [Applicant]'s periods of military service or government positions (if any), and all of the organizations that [Applicant] belongs to (if any)?
我从来没有从事过任何有关Military Service或者Government Positions, 但是现在工作所在的金融公司可以看成是大型的Organization (全职在Personal History中已经列出), 所以此处我应该填Yes还是Not Applicable呢? 谢谢! -
金融公司就不用强行算作org了。
