NOC列表上找不到对应的code,请教国内外企职位是否符合0AB要求呀



  • 由于疫情一直无法回加拿大,现在打算在国内攒工作经验,有两个选择,研究了NOC很久也找不到这两个工作是否符合0AB要求,符合哪个code。。。

    在CIC上趴两周了。。。快瞎了。。。国内上CIC网站巨慢。。。心塞。。。真心求教专业人士,帮忙康康吧!万分感谢!

    是英孚英语培训,一个叫学习督导 Progress Advisor,有些像管理班级的班主任,真不知道属于哪类。一个叫课程顾问Course Consultant,做前期咨询和销售,就很困惑到底算咨询还是销售,销售的话好像就不符合了。

    学习督导 Progress Advisor
    Responsibilities are gathered around 5 main clusters:

    1. Parent Communication and Customer Satisfaction

    • Regularly communicate with parents regarding students’ studies at EF and their progress
    • Build strong relationships and trusts with parents and students
    • Update parents on study specifics when required (i.e. covered in class, practice, tests results)
    • Invite parents, prepare, facilitate, participate in and deliver parent-facing events in accordance with our EFEKTA communication system
    • Send students’ media to parents
    • Solve any concerns, questions or complaints from parents
    • Timely update parents on any study-related changes (i.e. teacher, schedule)
    • Collect parents’ feedback on passed events and their EF experience in general
    • Ensure NPS goal achievement

    2. Sales

    • Re-sell EF core courses to customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
    • Reach referral targets
    • Make seasonal sales that would suit customers’ needs to maximize progress
    • Reactivate drop-out students
    • Follow-up on the reasons for refunds

    3.Admin

    • Do all the necessary group-, student- and parent- management operations using CRM system
    • Regularly communicate and closely collaborate with other PAs, teachers and the rest of the team
    • Timely reply emails and answer calls
    • Keep school premises and equipment in accordance with EF rules and government regulations especially for health and safety, fire and emergency situation

    4. Academic

    • Participate in and promote campaigns and activities that support students’ progress
    • Observe lessons to better understand students’ performance, share with their parents

    5. Student-related

    • Build trust relationship with students
    • Ensure students safety at school and during drop-off and pick-up

    工作职责集中在五个层面:

    1. 家长沟通与客户满意度
      定期与家长沟通学员在英孚的学习进展
      与家长及学员建立牢固的关系和信任
      必要时向家长更新学习细节(比如教学内容、回家作业、考试结果等)
      根据我们的Efekta课程管理系统准备、促成和实施需要家长参与的教学活动
      与家长分享学员上课情况的照片或视频
      解决学员家长的任何顾虑、问题或投诉
      及时向家长更新任何与学习相关的变化(如教师更换、课程表更改等)
      收集家长对过往活动的反馈和他们在EF的总体体验  确保实现客户净推荐值的目标
    2. 销售
      向客户再销售EF核心课程,实现月度和年度销售目标
      达成学员推荐目标
      进行季节性销售,以满足客户的需求,最大限度地推进学员学习进展
      重新激活停课学生
      跟进退款原因
    3. 行政
      使用CRM客户关系管理系统记录所有与班级、学员和家长管理相关的信息
      定期与其他PA、教师和团队其他成员沟通并密切合作
      及时回复电子邮件和接听电话
      根据英孚规则和政府法规,特别是健康和安全、火灾和紧急情况,保护学校场地和设备
    4. 教学
      参与和推广能帮助学员取得学习进步的活动
      进班听课,以更好地了解学员表现,与家长分享
    5. 学员相关
      与学员建立信任关系
      确保学员在校期间和接送期间的安全

    课程顾问Course Consultant
    Responsibilities are gathered around 4 main clusters:

    1. Parent Communication

    • Communicate with parents regarding appointment scheduling of MFL/OPT/school visit
    • Build strong rapport and trust with parents during initial rounds of contact
    • Consult parents on their needs and interest for their child’s English learning and study plan
    • Provide detailed information of relevant EF products and services
    • Address concerns that might prevent parents from joining and provide solutions
    • Timely update parents on sales promotion and gifting to prompt visit and enrolment

    2. Sales

    • Sell EF core and seasonal courses to customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
    • Handle sales related process during MFL/OPT/school visit
    • Follow-up on new and old leads to find sales opportunities
    • Have comprehensive and up-to-date product knowledge and service info
    • Pitch EF products and benefits matching to parent’s needs and interest
    • Collaborate with others in the team to help close sales

    3. Admin

    • Do all the necessary scheduling-, student- and parent- management operations using CRM system
    • Regularly communicate and closely collaborate with supervisor and the rest of the team
    • Timely reply messages and answer calls
    • Prepare and maintain sales related forms and tools for sales consultation use
    • Keep school premises and equipment in accordance with EF rules and government regulations especially for health and safety, fire and emergency situation

    4. Academic

    • Observe MFL lessons to better understand students’ performance, share with their parents during sales consultation
    • Collect OPT results from teacher, share with parent’s during sales consultation

    工作职责集中在四个层面:

    1. 家长沟通
      • 与家长沟通MFL(试听课)/口语测试(OPT)/学校参观等预约安排
      • 在首轮接触中与家长建立牢固的关系和信任
      • 向家长询问他们对于孩子英语学习的需求目标
      • 为家长提供EF产品和服务的详细信息
      • 解决家长选择EF的可能顾虑,提供解决方案
      • 及时告知家长促销政策和促销礼品,以促使其访校和报名
    2. 销售
      • 向客户销售EF核心课程和短期课程,并实现月度和年度销售目标• 在MFL(试听课)/口语测试(OPT)/学校参观过程中执行与销售相关的流程
      • 跟进新老销售资源,在其中寻找销售机会
      • 具备全面的和最新的产品知识和服务信息
      • 根据客户需求来推销EF产品和其对学员的裨益
      • 团队协作,帮助完成销售关单
    3. 行政
      • 使用CRM客户关系管理系统操作所有与日程安排、学员和家长管理相关的内容
      • 定期与主管和团队其他成员沟通并紧密合作
      • 及时回复信息和接听电话
      • 准备和维护销售相关的表格和工具,供销售咨询使用
      • 根据政府和EF自己对于健康&安全、火灾和紧急情况等的规章要求,保持维护学校的场地和设备
    4. 教学相关
      • 观察MFL(试听课),更好地了解学员的表现,以便在销售咨询时与家长分享
      • 从老师那儿收集OPT(口语测试)成绩,以便在销售咨询时与家长分享

  • 非technical的 6221也很难靠的上去, 6411倒是合适但是是C类的。 没有合适的还是可以考虑 1241 admin,容易靠

  • @Ethan-RCIC 您好,我去查了,6411是C类的不行。。。6221倒是B的,但是感觉和technical沾不上边啊 T_T。。。1241确实是一个别的岗位,我这还不属于那个岗位。
    我发现好像4是教育大类,我在想能不能往教育上靠一靠呢?毕竟是个学校,但是我看了感觉都像是小初高大学那种学校,不知道这种培训辅导类能不能算呀?英孚也算挺大的公司了吧。。

    如果贵司开信这么磨叽的话,这边建议换一家公司
