刚刚发现前主管在信里只说了年薪和“plus bonus based on the KPI scoring system at the time of her employment”。这样一看会不会被说描述不清楚?奖金这块需要准确给出吗?
另外,当年的月薪很低,接近最低工资水平,会是个问题吗?是FSW国内的工作经验。

至少基本工资需要明确体现。 奖金和福利没有严格要求。如果描述不清,工资幅度又很大,可能会质疑你是不是实际工作小时数是否达到要求。
