PGWP extension申請被拒簽！

請問各位

最近有申請政府開放的PGWP延簽的人都有Include a letter在提交文件的時候嗎?

我最近收到政府拒簽的信 只有提到說我如果申請LMIA要跟雇主拿證明 可是我申請的不是LMIA是PGWP阿! 我個人猜測是因為我沒有Include a letter 來解釋我申請的原因

有人也遇到相同的情況嗎?

我看了他的規則之後稍微看了下我的自身狀態:

1. My post-graduation work permit (PGWP) expired on or after January 30, 2020

2. I was in Canada as of January 27, 2021, when the public policy took effect,
and have stayed in Canada since then.

3. I lost my temporary resident status, but I will apply to restore it at the same
time as I apply for this open work permit

4. I included in my application that I am applying for an open work permit under
this public policy.

5. I have a valid passport.

應該就代表我符合資格吧?

a letter that says you’re applying for an open work permit under the Public Policy Facilitating the Issuance of an Open Work Permit to Former or Current Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) Holders
