请问：如果留学生硕士毕业且在本地有1年fulltime工作，申请CEC时需要提供资金证明（比如银行statement之类）吗？如果钱都用来在加拿大当地买房啦，在申请CEC的时候银行卡上没什么钱啦可以吗？移民局会reject吗？多谢

CEC类别是可以豁免资金要求的
