人在国内 去年8月CEC递交的材料，今年5月都第二次体检了。现在CIC一直显示正在审核，请问是因为疫情暂时不批复境外CEC吗，有没有消息什么时候可以恢复？

因为旅行限制，境外的ppr之前都是暂时停发的，最近应该会慢慢恢复了
