我于10月12日网上递交owp申请，13日cic发邮件表示已收到在处理。我以旅游签入境现已过三个半月，不知能否在旅游签有效期内拿到owp
只要是在旅游签入境的6个月有效期内递交申请，在工签出结果之前都是有implied status可以合法居留的，即使旅游身份过期。
