18年在魁省arrima系统建过档，但是由于成绩仅有B2，没有下文。 今年法语成绩刷出来clb8，安省也比魁省靠谱，在考虑换走安省的法语省提名，但是担心之前在arrima建档有影响？

这个还是看当前安省的ties和意向，人已经都在安省定居生活了，其他影响都十分有限
