您好，想请教，如果是双方签了两年或永久职位的job offer, 但刚入职才一个多月就不想做了，提前2个星期通知雇主自己要走人，在法律上是Ok的吗？
若已经做到辞职的前2周通知雇主，就不会被要求再支付雇主违约金之类的罚款吧？
这个其实不是移民范畴，不过只要按照流程走，辞职是你的自由，是否有其他要求你得看下跟雇主签的offer terms
