如题，目前在加拿大境内做旅转学，已经提交了学签申请，可否回国等待学签结果？回国是否会影响学签的过签率？9月开学前，这期间在国内待3个月是否对后面的移民有负面影响？ 谢谢
实务上可以，但是并不建议，毕竟还是境内类别的申请。
