我是2月初批的学签，然后三月初在webform上传自己defer学期的新的LOA，但是已经在3月中旬获得一个回复。但是不知道今天突然发来说是we got your email，登陆新门户说是July 18 we are reviewing the additional documents you provided…可是之前不是已经有工作人员收到并手动回复了吗？为什么现在才会开始审查新文件？怎么看自己webform（自己主动）上传的文件的记录？
webform只是确认收到，webform没有记录可查。 mycic是申请状态更新
