EE雇主与之前IMMI表格不一致

您好！我有一个关于EE申请雇主信息的问题。我这次EE申请里面的work experience和雇主信都开具的是一个香港公司的名字。我查看过以前有一次填IMMI表格的时候，同样的一份工作经历我写的是北京的公司的名字。

这两家公司不是一个单位，但是大领导都是一个人。事实是北京公司的同事为了拓展业务，又去香港注册了一个独立公司。两家单位并不算母子公司。我一直在北京的单位上班，但是是与香港的公司签订的合同。

我让我的雇主帮我解释一下情况可以吗？这样移民局还会认为我造假吗？谢谢您的回答。

@ottawastudent 尽量在材料上说明这个派遣关系吧，毕竟你人就在北京工作。

I hereby certify that 李宾熙/Binxi Li signed the employment contract with China Philanthropy Research Institute Limited, and worked at China Philanthropy Research Institute, Beijing Normal University. Therefore, her legal employer is the former institute instead of the latter, as she wrote on her Coop Work Permit application.

To provide some context, the Dean of China Philanthropy Research Institute, Beijing Normal University and China Philanthropy Research Institute Limited is both Wang Zhenyao. Executives from China Philanthropy Research Institute, Beijing Normal University registered Mind Philanthropy Research Center Limited in Hong Kong, which later changed its name to China Philanthropy Research Institute Limited. Some colleagues hold positions in both institutes and work at both locations.
