I received the positive LMIA-highwage stream for 3 years. I am wondering should I apply to work permit first or EE directly. Moreover, if I apply for EE, is it better if I apply for normal Skilled Worker program or FRENCH one (I had ENGLISH CLB 8and FRENCH CLB9)?

@RainXue If you plan to work before obtaining your PR, you may consider applying for WP. The WP also extends your LMIA related CRS points in EE to three years after your LMIA expires(but IRCC is going to cut LMIA points in coming months).

@RainXue Currently you cannot choose which program to apply in EE. After you register your EE profile, the system will tell you which program or programs you are qualified for, and it will invite you through targeted streams if you are qualified.
