请问国内办EE FSW，有LMIA加分，申请已经被抽中，且递交了。但是LMIA快过期了，EE申请还没有完成。这样会有问题吗？人还没有办理工签来加拿大。谢谢。
递交时候LMIA有效，就没有问题。 但是如果推的很久没有办理工签，有时候签证官质疑job offer，小概率。
