我想问一下，现在疫情下如果没有收入来源而申请了政府的CBRE补助，这个会对未来父母移民产生影响么？主要是要担保父母移民会有年收入的要求，而且我看政府网站上写的不能receive social assistance for a reason other than disability，那CBRE算是social assistance么？谢谢。
现在普遍认为这个是联邦的benefit，不是social asistance，这样就不影响父母担保，但是不能用作担保父母的收入
