Travel history填表问题

EE填表travel history里有个问题不明白：

Has XX, and if applicable, XX's family members taken any trips outside their country of origin or of residence in the last ten years？

国籍中国，曾经在美国上学（曾经的居住国），美国上学期间来过加拿大旅游，目前在加拿大工作（现居住国）。travel history是否需要填写美国、加拿大旅行史？
