我之前在一家外企咨询公司实习过，所以想要找老板签字雇主信，但是联系了之前的上司，我的上司的意思是中国区的老大不会签雇主信的，所以如果想签字只能找我的上司签字，但是可以盖公司的公章，请问这种情况下雇主信是可以有效的吗？
